    So happy with my sofa and Sol Place customer service

    I purchased the Sunset Sofa Bed from Sol Place and can’t say enough about the wonderful service this company extends to their customers.. Once I placed my order I had several questions and concerns so I probably sent out 3-4 different emails. I was amazed at the quick turn around time……consistently less than 24 hours. Especially helpful was Chyi with her precise explanations and understanding of my concerns.

    When I received my sofa it was very simple for one person to set up. But…..something was just not right and the look of the couch just didn’t sit right with me. I had it set up in my living room for at least a week, wondering if I would eventually “get used to it”. Well, that didnt happen so I once again reached out to Chyi asking for help. I just was not happy. She understood completely and told me the company would do everything possible to make things right. I was asked to send some pictures showing what I was trying to explain to her. As usual,, within a day she was back to me what she felt was the problem and how to correct it; A very simple step……and done!! I’m so happy with my purchase.

    I would highly recommend this company to anyone contemplating doing business with Sol Place.

    Perfect Sofa for a Home Office & Guests

    I was a little skeptical at first and wasn't sure this sofa would live up to the reviews, but it completely exceeded my expectations. It was incredibly easy to assemble, and the pull-out bed is surprisingly comfortable. It fits perfectly in my office without taking up too much space, and it's been a great solution for overnight guests. Everyone who's used it has commented on how comfortable it is. If you're looking for a stylish, functional sofa that doubles as a comfortable guest bed, I highly recommend this one!
